Delivery

• Feet With Flair & Accessories are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.
• We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
• Standard delivery times are between 3-7 business days.
• Express Post will guarantee the quickest despatch and delivery possible, however being a country based business, you will need to allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
  Please contact us if your order is urgent.
• A flat rate of $10.00 postage is payable on all orders $99 and under. For all orders $100 and over, postage is free. Postage applies to within Australia.
• We do not deliver internationally.

Returns

• If your order is unsuitable it may be returned for a refund or voucher, provided that items are returned within 14 days from date of delivery, in ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CONDITION.
• Returns are at your expense.
• Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post. Please ensure you use a secure method of return.
• WE DO NOT GIVE A REFUND ON SALES ORDERS, ONLY A STORE VOUCHER.
• If your return is received outside the 14 day return period, a voucher will be issued in place of a cash refund. There are no refunds or exchanges after the 28 day period.
